Rates Birthday Parties • Lobby Only $500 / 3 hrs • Lobby and Theatre $1,000 / 3 hrs Weddings • Lobby and Theatre $1,500 / day Meetings / Conferences • Lobby and/or Theatre $150 / hr (3 hrs min.) Outside Performances / Performers • Lobby and Theatre $1,500 plus 10% ticket sales Personalized Marquee $100 / day (plus $25 for marquee to be lit on the evening of the rental)
