Join us at 6:00pm for Frozen Pink Lemon8 cocktails by MB Roland Distillery — paired with Tomato Fritters with Basil Aioli and Summer Skewers of Watermelon, Honeydew and Cantaloupe with Mozzarella in Balsamic Reduction — while you place your bids in our silent auction of diverse and original artwork and specialty gift baskets.
Dinner will be served al fresco at 6:30pm, featuring a savory menu — Petite Filet, Parmesan-Peppercorn Roasted Marbled Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus with Boursin Crumble and Demi-Glace; Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese Crumbles, Praline Bacon, Roasted Tomatoes, Scallions, Parmesan Croutons and Blue Cheese Vinaigrette; and, for dessert, Peanut Butter Mousse with Banana Brulee, Chocolate Curls and Molasses Candied Bacon — complemented with delectable wines by Beachaven Vineyards & Winery.
At 7:30pm, show your support for the Roxy Regional Theatre — and snag some amazing art in the process — as the event moves inside the theatre for our live auction.
Capping off the evening, this year’s entertainment includes selections from MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET, the red-hot musical inspired by Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins.
Tickets to GALA 34 are $125 (Standard Level) and $200 (Premier Level). Standard Level tables, seating ten, are available for $1,250. Premier Level tickets feature additional perks including an original Hatch Show Print created specially for the Roxy and premier dinner seating, as available. Premier Level tables (seating ten) are $1,750, including a complimentary bottle of champagne for each table.
